Once again in their infinite wisdom the USTA continues to advertise ignorance as evident in the second video against HISA. This time they perfectly explain to the public that the training methods and racing of standardbreds induces bleeding of the lungs. Stating in great detail that it is the "exercise induced" response to the stress of conditioning and racing that leads to the necessity of a drug to stop it. In other words, abuse. Nice job by those in charge again.
