Couple people telling me that "state of the art training center" has at least 100 empty stalls. Entire bottom barn is empty and only filled for a few days with yearlings. More stalls all over the farm with people leaving. Those not leaving can't because they owe loads in unpaid stall rent. Some who left for Golden Shoe. Well ain't that a kick in the "nut".
